In addition to Reportline, National Britannia’s Information Services Division now manages three major Health & Safety Executive information centre contracts. You too can benefit from the skills we have developed over many years, both making your workplace safer and reducing your costs. We can help you improve your accident reporting, vet your contractors and offer bespoke and branded information and advice services.
- Infoline is the health and safety information centre, processing more than 300,000 enquiries each year. It provides information to written and telephone enquiries from business and the public to the HSE.
- Workplace Health Connect is a free, no obligation service set up in partnership with the HSE. It provides free, practical advice on workplace health and safety, working with both managers and staff. Its aim is to transfer knowledge and skills direct to companies, so that they can tackle future issues themselves.
- The Incident Contact Centre processes every RIDDOR reportable accident in the UK. The significant experience we have gained from this service for the HSE provides Reportline clients with an added advantage.

- Safecontractor is one of the UK's’leading provider of Contractor Pre-Qualification Accreditation Services, with more than 100 major clients and 7000 contractors involved in the scheme.
- Responseline provides technical interpretations, practical advice and answers to questions, across all the risk disciplines in which National Britannia operates.
